15,000+ patients on my protocols.500+ consultations in 2026.
Your protocol gets built around your goals and your own bloodwork, by the researcher who trains the clinicians prescribing these compounds.
No more piecing it together from influencers.
The track record
100+
providers I've educated and managed
35+
clinics worldwide I've trained and advised
500+
consultations done in 2026 alone
Fit
If you don't have recent bloodwork, book anyway.
Labs make the protocol sharper, and part of the call can be figuring out exactly which ones are worth pulling.
Who builds your protocol
I build the peptide and hormone protocols behind a national telemedicine platform.
Beyond my medical degree, I hold a Master's in Precision Health from the University of Chicago.
I don't just build protocols.
I teach the doctors who prescribe them.
I've educated and managed 100+ providers and advised 35+ clinics worldwide.
So the protocol you get is the same standard those providers follow.
Why this exists
The wrong protocol wastes months and money, or worse, it hurts you.
Most of what gets sold as guidance is a copied stack with a discount code attached.
This is the opposite: your bloodwork, your history, and the reasoning behind every dose.
How I work
You deserve precision, not a guess, so your protocol starts from your own bloodwork whenever you have it.
Your protocol is yours alone, built around your history, your goals, and how your body actually responds.
No peptide company, compounding pharmacy, or supplement brand pays me to recommend anything. The protocol I build is the one I believe is right for you.
The process
Pick a time, then tell me your history, your goals, and up to three priority questions you want answered on the call.
Order the 29-marker panel through me for $300, or have your provider run the marker list on your insurance. Results come with you to the call.
We go through your labs marker by marker, then decide your protocol live: what to run, at what dose, and for how long.
You get the recording and transcript either way. On the Protocol tier, the full written document follows, with two weeks of email follow-up.
Bloodwork
Your labs are how I catch the deficiencies holding you back and tell whether a protocol is working at all.
You can book without them, but the sharpest calls happen with results in hand.
Order the panel through me for $300.
It's 29 markers from one draw at any Quest Diagnostics location, priced close to what the lab charges me.
Bring the marker list to your provider, have them run it on your insurance, and bring the results to the call.

The Consultation
$650
30 minutes on video
The Protocol
$1,000
45 minutes on video
Everything in the consultation, and then the part most people actually need.
Most people should take the Protocol.
The call is where we decide what you're running, but the document is what you actually open in week four, when the dose is supposed to change and you can't remember what I told you.
"Thank you again for your time and very detailed write up and recommendation."
What clients say
Written by clients in emails, or said on recorded calls.
Initials only, nothing changed beyond trimming.
On the lab review
"I'm really grateful for the clarity around the bloodwork, especially the inflammation and ferritin pieces."
On trust
"To say I'd get a consultation with a guy I found on Instagram, that just doesn't happen. But listening to you, you're legit."
On complexity
"This is all Greek to me, but you give me a checklist I can follow easily, even if I don't understand the science."
On value
"I gained more in 30 minutes with you than in years with other providers."
On expertise
"You are a brilliant peptide mind! So helpful."
"You're the most thorough doctor we've talked to about peptides."
"You're a stud. And you're not charging enough."
"No one is giving the information the way you are. Everyone else has hype behind them. People appreciate the honesty."
"I went to a PhD who calls himself a peptide expert. He never once mentioned blood work. That didn't sound right, so I needed to talk to you."
"Your report is the most detailed and helpful health report I have received."
"Great detailed write-up, and I liked your reasoning."
"Thanks very much for taking so much time with me last week."
"I wish I booked this a long time ago."
The standard
Before the session, you'll name up to three priority questions in the intake. If we finish the call and one of them went unaddressed, you get a short written answer within two business days, at no charge.
Your fee reserves preparation and consultation time, so completed consultations are non-refundable. If I read your intake before the call and conclude I'm not the right fit for your case, you get a full refund and the session is cancelled before it starts.
Follow-up on the Protocol tier covers the written document for two weeks. It does not cover new concerns, ongoing case management, prescribing, or changes based on information submitted after the consultation.
Questions
Yes. The call is sharper with results in hand, so book it for after they arrive when you can. If you have no labs at all, part of the call can be deciding which ones are worth pulling. Order the panel through me for $300, or have your provider run the marker list on your insurance.
No. This is an educational consultation. It does not establish a treating relationship or guarantee any health outcome, and treatment decisions should be made with your own clinician.
The Consultation decides your protocol live on the call. The Protocol adds the written document, sourcing for every compound, and two weeks of follow-up. If you're running more than one compound, take the Protocol.
Completed consultations are non-refundable, because your fee reserves preparation and call time. If I read your intake and conclude I'm not the right fit, I cancel the session and refund you in full.
No. No sale of peptides happens through me, and no supplier, pharmacy, or supplement brand pays me to recommend anything.
For $650 you get half an hour with me and a protocol built from your own bloodwork.
For $1,000 you get forty-five minutes, the whole protocol written down, and two weeks to ask me questions about it.
